The Role

We’re looking for a senior-level Technical Sales Leader who bridges deep technical knowledge with sharp business acumen. In this pivotal early-stage role, you will shape Oxen.ai’s go-to-market strategy, build relationships with forward-thinking ML teams, and help customers succeed with our open-source ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to align customer feedback with product development.
• Translate complex technical value propositions into clear business outcomes for customers.
• Design and refine scalable sales processes and customer success frameworks.
• Represent Oxen.ai at industry events, conferences, and demos.
• Build and mentor a small team of sales engineers and solution consultants as we scale.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or related roles.
• Prior experience as a software engineer or ML engineer with strong understanding of AI workflows.
